The Cocktail Menu

The cocktail menu is the most flexible option and can work for almost every type of catered event from a two-hour reception requiring only a few canapés per guest, to a full-service corporate event or gala wedding reception where elegant finger food is served in place of dinner. The atmosphere is more relaxed and provides greater opportunity to circulate and mingle with other guests. While the cost of catering food can be comparable to a dinner reception, rental and staff charges for catered cocktail parties are considerably less than for a sit-down dinner. There is also greater flexibility and more selection.

​Ordering guidelines:
Afternoon cocktail reception
  • 1 - 2 hours
  • 6 - 8 pieces per guest
  • cost per guest: $25 - $35
Evening cocktail party
  • 2 - 4 hours
  • 10 - 12 pieces per guest
  • Cost per guest: $40 - $60

Hors d’oeuvre in lieu of dinner
  • 4 - 6 hours
  • 14 - 16 pieces per guest
  • Cost per guest: $50 - $80

​Additionally, Petit fours, bite-sized desserts, can be added to the cocktail menu, with suggested 4-6 pieces, or $15 per person.
 
You may also opt for the premium platters with cheese, charcuterie, fruits, veggies, and chocolate in addition to hors d’oeuvres, or as a centerpiece.
 

​Prices of all our items vary widely, depending on the complexity of preparation and cost of ingredients, so with your set budget we can customize a menu just for you.
